Wedding Mountain is now offering free shipping via UPS ground on all orders over $149.00 (48 contiguous United States). Offer is activated through the shopping cart automatically, so no special coupons or product codes are needed for the offer to take effect.
Free shipping on orders over $149 is available to the continental US only; regretfully Alaska and Hawaii must be excluded from this offer.
This promotion is not valid for purchases made through third-party sites, including Amazon etc.
Return Items: When a customer receives the free shipping promotion, any or all items returned will be subject to original shipping charges. Customers must also pay for any return and restocking charges when applicable.
Any orders with subsequent returns that result in the original order value falling below the $149 threshold will be treated as having never been eligible for the free shipping offer and charged any original shipping fees.
Wedding Mountain reserves the right to deduct any charges resulting from returned items from the amount to be refunded for said item. Therefore, if return and shipping charges are greater than the value of the item returned, it is possible that no actual refund will be given.
Coupons: Wedding Mountain will only honor free shipping offers on orders that reach the $149 threshold after the use of discounts and coupons.

- How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 3 to 22 full business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Orders may arrive in separate packages. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada & the USA.

- Where will my order be shipped from?
- Depending on product availability, orders will be sent from our store or directly from the manufacturer.
- Can I ship to a P.O. box?
- No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- What if my item arrives damaged?
- Please contact us within 5 business days if your item arrives damaged, a replacement will be sent right away. You will be contacted by the delivery company to inspect the damage (hold onto all packaging as well as the item for the inspection). Contact us at 877-292-0651 to report a damaged item.
- Do you ship to APO addresses?
- Yes, we will ship to an APO address but you must select the Express Shipping to cover the higher shipping rate. Your order will be treated as a standard order only and should arrive within 12-15 business days.
- Can merchandise be returned?

We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of your shipment for a refund*. ALL RETURNS MUST FIRST BE AUTHORIZED. Photos may be required for damaged items. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shoes are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. No exchanges will be accepted.
*IMPORTANT
No returns on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles, etc. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned.NOTE: Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.
- Is there a restocking fee on returns?

Yes. We currently charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Shoes are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- What is your return policy on shoes and handbags?

For Shoes and Handbags you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order for a refund*.
Also, note that all shoes must be unworn and in resalable condition otherwise they are not returnable. No worn shoes will be taken back. The shoes must be returned in the original shoe box with original interior packaging. No shoes sent without the original shoe box and packaging will be accepted.
All returns must first be authorized. Returns must be packed in a protective corrugated box & returned within 15 days. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. All returned items must be sent freight prepaid. Discontinued items are non-returnable.
NOTE: Angela Nuran and Alisha Hill shoes are Non-Returnable.
- Do we offer exchanges?
- No. We do not offer exchanges, but you can return items with a 15% or 20% restocking fee if contacted within 5 business days of receiving your items.
- What items cannot be returned?
- Opened products, used products, food/candy items, melted candles, personalized products, Alisha Hill and Angela Nuran shoes, and clearance sale items cannot be returned.
- Why does my credit card statement show more than one charge?

If your order was submitted more than one time, including orders that did not go through because of a credit card problem, your statement may show all of the transactions as pending. This does not mean that you will be charged for all of the transactions. You will only be charged for an order that was accepted by Wedding Mountain which is associated with an order number. Once your order is completed you will be emailed a receipt or your order.
- How do we handle pricing issues?
- Wedding Mountain cannot honor typographical errors in price. If we find that there is an error, we will contact customer prior to processing order.
