DYEABLE SHOES
Shoes are indicated "yes" or "no" if they are dyeable on the product's page itself. Dyeable shoes are usually white satin or silk satin. Unfortunately we do not offer any custom dyeing at this time. Shoes may be dyed at your local shoe shop.
SIZING
Shoes are available in many sizes but generically most come in (M) Medium (regular) 5-10 including half sizes and 11. Many of the shoes we have are available in 12 and 13. Some shoes are available in (N) Narrow or (W) Wide, and a select few are available in (WW) Double Wide.

We have categorized shoe widths as simple as possible as seen below.
N - Narrow M - Medium (regular) W - Wide WW - Double Wide
HEEL HEIGHT MEASUREMENT
The shoe industry measures heel heights to the INSIDE OF and NOT THE BACK of the heel. To better calculate the heel height, add about 1/2 inch to the listed height. See below chart.

Another important piece of information is that the height of the heel goes up along with the size of the shoe. Be mindful when ordering shoes for bridesmaids as heel heights may not be same if shoe size is different. Your size 7 shoe with a heel height of 1 1/2 will be slightly higher than your Bridesmaids size 5 with a heel height of 1 1/2. We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order for a refund.
Also, please note that shoes must be unworn, otherwise they are not returnable.
ALL RETURNS MUST FIRST BE AUTHORIZED.

• Returned packages must be packed in a protective corrugated box and returned within 15 days.
• Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product.
• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.
• All returned items must be sent freight prepaid. Discontinued items are non-returnable.
